Download our Customer Service Module, compatible with Windows operating systems.
This application will allow you to get access to your customer account and on-line ordering. This feature rich application allows you to order and research products, Check shipping status, view pending and invoice history, and much more! To install the Customer Service install program...
1) Create a new folder on your desktop, title it "QPSCustomer" or anything you prefer. Right click on a open area of your desktop and select "new" select "folder". You may create a new folder anywhere you want, don't forget where you created it.
2) Select the"Download ..." above and save it to the new folder.
3) Open the new folder and run the CustInstall.exe proram.
4) Click on 'Test Internet Connection'. There should be no need to change any Configuration Options.
5) If the test was successful click on 'Install Customer Service Module' and skip to step 7.
6) If 'Test Internet Connection' fails call STEP1 Software Support at (800)553-2602 and provide them with the company code QUALITY (STEP1 is our software provider). Or call Dean at QPS 800-887-7225.
7)When prompted to Enter Your Company Code type in 'QUALITY' and then click 'OK' The program will download the Customer Service program 'Cust.exe'.
8) When downloading completes open the folder and double click on 'Cust' or 'Cust.exe' (not Cust.ini, this is the configuration file do not delete). Enter your username (________) and password (________).
If you not received a username/password call Dean at 805-24-2410 or email dean@qualityps.com. if you would like to change your password call or e-mail.
If you would like to run a practice order for testing purposes, enter TEST in the Purchase Order Field and the order will be deleted by QPS.
You may install the program on multiple computers at multiple locations but only one ID and password is assoicated with a company. Only one user can be on the system at at time.
